- Strong experience with private company M&A transactions
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Knowledge of LLC structures and corporate governance practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
- 3–5 years of transactional experience in corporate law
- Experience working with private companies and sophisticated business structures
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client service
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
- Admission to the Washington State Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission) preferred
