- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Advanced legal research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective collaboration and client service mindset
- 3–5 years of construction law or equivalent experience
- Experience litigating a wide range of construction disputes
- Familiarity with construction contracts and transactional work is a plus
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred
- Active membership in the California State Bar required
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials required
