Our client is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to support firm-wide compliance and risk management efforts. This role focuses on analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest related to new business intake and lateral hires, while advising attorneys on complex ethical considerations across multiple jurisdictions.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and issue-spotting skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in conflicts analysis, legal ethics, or risk management preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of professional responsibility rules and conflicts standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
