Our client is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to support firm-wide risk management by analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest related to new business intake and lateral hires. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with ethical obligations across jurisdictions while advising attorneys and leadership on complex conflicts issues.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented legal professional who can independently assess sensitive situations, provide sound legal guidance, and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and issue-spotting ability
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in conflicts analysis, risk management, or legal ethics preferred
- Background in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with rules of professional responsibility and conflicts of interest standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex matters
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required (export control compliance)
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
