Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
A well-established financial institution is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Officer to develop and manage lower-middle market commercial relationships. This role serves corporate and not-for-profit clients with annual revenues ranging from five million to five hundred million dollars.
The Commercial Banking Officer is responsible for building, growing, and retaining profitable commercial relationships by delivering customized financial solutions. This is a senior-level relationship management role requiring independent production, strong credit expertise, and proven business development capabilities.
Performance is measured through new business generation, portfolio growth, credit quality, risk management, cross-selling effectiveness, and long-term relationship retention.

- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
- Experience with C&I and commercial real estate lending
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow loan portfolios
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Minimum of seven years of commercial lending or credit-related experience
- Formal credit training and/or underwriting experience preferred
- Proven success in relationship-based commercial banking
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field preferred.
