Reliable Staffing is on the hunt for a highly-analytical and qualified financial officer. You would be responsible for the financial health of a given company by managing their financial procedures. Your duties would include planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices. This is a direct hire position. Reliable Staffing requires that the applicant demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate would have outstanding analytical and time management abilities. The C.F.O\'S duties include monitoring cash flow, meeting with the CEO to discuss the best practices for company finances and coming up with strategic plans to improve their company’s overall financial health.

Helpful certifications include Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency. Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets. Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions. Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes. Contribute to financial audits. Monitor all bank deposits and payments. Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems. Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
It is expected for candidates to have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Employers prefer candidates with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). A combination of formal education and work experience are preferred when hiring a company CFO.
Starting out in an entry-level or associate position in a finance or accounting department; i.e. Financial Analyst or Junior Accountant, the candidate can then move his/her way up to a financial leadership job or financial management position. CFO candidates need to have years of experience managing large-scale financial projects while keeping the companies long-term goals in mind. Candidates should first hold a Senior Financial Manager position.
