This role focuses on mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of general corporate transactional matters. - 3–7 years of experience (Class of 2021–2017) in corporate law
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of deals is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Active bar membership in good standing (Illinois preferred or ability to waive in)
