- Deep expertise in capital markets and securities law
- Strong leadership and client relationship management abilities
- High attention to detail with excellent legal drafting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Admission to the California Bar (or ability to obtain promptly)
- 5+ years of relevant capital markets and securities experience at a leading law firm
- Significant experience with IPOs, debt offerings, and equity capital markets transactions
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and public company requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and lead deal teams
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) required from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic performance preferred
