This role focuses on capital markets and securities transactions, including IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, public and private equity transactions, and a broad range of corporate and securities matters. The position also involves advising clients on public disclosure requirements and corporate governance issues. The practice is widely recognized for handling complex, high-profile transactions and delivering innovative legal solutions in the capital markets space.

- Strong expertise in capital markets and securities law
- Experience with IPOs, equity offerings, and debt transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting and disclosure requirements
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- 3–6 years of experience (Classes of 2023–2020) in corporate or securities law
- Experience in capital markets transactions required
- Prior experience with IPOs, public offerings, or debt securities strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials required
- Prior large law firm experience preferred
- Relocation candidates welcome
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- High academic achievement required
- Active bar membership in good standing (or eligibility to obtain admission)
