- Strong understanding of capital markets and securities law
- Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with IPOs, equity offerings, and debt financings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex transactions
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- 0–2 years of experience (Classes of 2025–2024) in corporate or securities law
- Experience in capital markets transactions strongly preferred
- Exposure to IPOs, public offerings, or securities regulation preferred
- Strong academic credentials required
- Prior law firm experience or relevant transactional internships preferred

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- High academic achievement required
- Active bar membership or eligibility to obtain admission
