- Strong litigation and case management capabilities
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Superior oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-level cases simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 3–6 years of experience in complex business litigation
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience at a law firm required
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience handling large and sophisticated litigation matters
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials required
- Active California Bar admission required
