- Strong litigation and case management abilities
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Superior oral advocacy and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 3–6 years of experience in complex business litigation
- At least 1 year of experience in a law firm litigation role required
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred
- Proven ability to handle sophisticated litigation matters
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials required
- Active California Bar admission required
