The Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents a broad range of clients including debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both in-court proceedings and out-of-court workouts across the United States. The team also handles complex bankruptcy litigation matters, including fraudulent transfer and preferential transfer disputes.

- Strong analytical and legal research abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
- 2–5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm
- Experience with bankruptcy litigation and restructuring matters
- Judicial clerkship in bankruptcy law preferred
- Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
