Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of law firm experience in transactional tax matters
- Experience with both domestic and cross-border transactions preferred
- Background in private equity fund formation and partnership tax is highly desirable
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required
- Strong academic credentials required
