- Experience supporting M&A or other complex transactions
- Ability to work in either San Francisco or Silicon Valley office
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required
- Strong academic credentials required
