This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic Copyright, Privacy & Communications practice, supporting a diverse client base ranging from innovative startups to globally recognized technology companies. The associate will handle a wide spectrum of matters, including providing strategic legal counsel to technology and media clients, as well as participating in high-profile litigation involving music industry disputes and copyright infringement claims. The position also involves working on emerging and complex legal issues, including cutting-edge cases related to generative AI technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with copyright law and intellectual property litigation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in copyright law
- Experience working with technology or media clients preferred
- Litigation experience strongly preferred
- Licensed to practice law in good standing
