- Strong knowledge of private equity finance and leveraged finance transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance
- Demonstrated experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings (required)
- Experience in a law firm or similar professional environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Licensed to practice law in good standing
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
