Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance
- Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings preferred
- Prior experience at a law firm or in a similar legal environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex financial transactions
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain admission)
