Reliable Staffing Dallas is seeking Associates work with our industry and other product group bankers in cross-functional teams originating and executing a wide variety of advisory and private capital mandates. Associate will act as the primary day-to-day contact for execution support, including financial statement analysis and model development; valuation analysis; industry research; and the preparation of various presentation and documents including descriptive memoranda, management presentations, new business and other. Associates interact daily with clients, prospective buyers/money sources, attorneys and accountants. Experienced associates learn to manage transactions and interface directly in presentation, negotiation, capital-raising and closing in playing a central role coordinating the activities of all team members.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years oil and gas banking experience. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics or similar (MBA preferred). Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling. Demonstrated team player/leader. Attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
