- Technical aptitude and understanding of how modern technologies function

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, or related legal areas
- Experience with government regulation and policy enforcement
- Familiarity with U.S., EU, and APEC privacy and data protection frameworks
- Experience with privacy-related litigation and/or regulatory matters preferred
- CIPP certification is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
