- CIPP certification is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in privacy, data security, or related legal practice
- Experience with government regulation and policy enforcement
- Familiarity with U.S., EU, and APEC privacy laws and frameworks
- Litigation and/or regulatory experience in privacy matters preferred
