- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong drafting and oral advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear legal arguments
- Minimum of 3 years of patent litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with expert witnesses and technical materials
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a similar technical discipline
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)
