This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded restructuring practice that advises a diverse client base, including corporations, banks, creditors’ committees, hedge funds, sponsors, and other financial institutions. The team handles a broad range of domestic and international matters, including complex workouts, restructurings, and in-court bankruptcy proceedings. Associates will gain hands-on experience in high-stakes situations while working alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and client management capabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial restructuring or bankruptcy
- Experience representing debtors, creditors, or other stakeholders preferred
- Familiarity with in-court bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission)
