- Strong analytical and research skills developed through judicial clerkship experience
- Excellent legal writing and drafting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Completion of a judicial clerkship, preferably with a U.S. Bankruptcy Court
- Interest in restructuring, insolvency, and finance-related matters
- Prior law firm or relevant experience is a plus but not required
- Active bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
