The role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple assignments, contribute to high-level legal strategy, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency or proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant law firm experience (targeting 3rd to 5th year associates)
- Experience in project finance, M&A, or a combination of both
- Exposure to cross-border or Latin America-related transactions preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactional matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)
