- Familiarity with UCC secured transactions
- Experience with leveraged finance and private capital preferred
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of debt finance or related experience
- Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers preferred
- Background in life sciences or technology sector transactions is a plus
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
