This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic global Real Estate Practice representing a diverse client base across the United States and internationally. The team advises on a wide range of sophisticated matters, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings. Clients include private equity and investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions, and other institutional investors, particularly within the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Associates will collaborate with attorneys across offices and gain exposure to high-profile, cross-border transactions in a collegial and fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Understanding of real estate investment and business considerations
- Effective communication and client relationship management skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions
- Experience with joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, or real estate M&A preferred
- Exposure to institutional clients such as REITs, private equity funds, or financial institutions is a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (or eligibility to obtain admission)
