This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic global Real Estate Practice representing a diverse client base across the United States and internationally. The team advises on a wide range of sophisticated matters, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings. Clients include private equity and investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions, and other institutional investors, particularly within the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Associates will collaborate with attorneys across offices and gain exposure to high-profile, cross-border transactions in a collegial and fast-paced environment.

Education
