- Experience in one or more areas of real estate law (e.g., joint ventures, development, acquisitions, leasing, or financing)
- Law firm or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Level of seniority will be determined based on experience and skill set
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
