This role is designed for an associate with a minimum of three years of experience in liquidity transactions, secondaries markets, and related fund operational matters. The successful candidate will join the 4th through 6th year associate class and work closely with fund sponsors across the globe on a wide range of complex and high-value transactions.
The practice group serves as trusted counsel to fund sponsors worldwide, advising on liquidity solutions including continuation funds, recapitalizations, traditional LP portfolio sales, fund-level and GP-level preferred equity investments, and strategic investments in firm sponsors.

- Strong understanding of investment funds, secondaries markets, and liquidity transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in liquidity transactions, secondaries, and fund operations
- Experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage substantial transactional responsibilities
- Strong academic background and professional achievements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain admission)
