- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute
- Experience with data protection laws and emerging AI regulations
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead matters with minimal supervision
