This role is ideal for an associate with a minimum of four years of experience advising companies in the digital health space. The successful candidate will work with healthcare providers, technology companies, and other organizations on complex regulatory frameworks, including healthcare compliance, data protection, and emerging AI laws. The position involves both counseling and transactional work, with a strong emphasis on data privacy, regulatory strategy, and innovation in healthcare technologies.

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant law firm experience

- Demonstrated ability to handle complex regulatory and transactional matters
- Proven record of high academic achievement
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)
