- Experience working on licensing agreements within the life sciences or biopharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactional matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Industry experience or familiarity with life sciences companies is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related life sciences field, or equivalent industry experience
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)
