This role offers the opportunity to advise clients across the full lifecycle of FDA-regulated products, including product development, clinical trials, commercialization, and post-market compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling clients on FDA regulatory requirements and supporting transactional matters involving FDA-regulated entities. - Outstanding legal writing and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of FDA regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach to client service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FDA regulatory matters at a law firm or relevant setting
- Experience advising FDA-regulated entities, including in transactional contexts
- Familiarity with product lifecycle issues such as development, clinical trials, and commercialization
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong academic credentials
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)
