Qualifications
- 4–7 years of relevant legal experience in fintech, financial services, or regulatory law
- Experience advising on payments, money transmission, or digital asset regulations preferred
- Background in M&A, capital markets, or commercial transactions is highly desirable
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar and in good standing
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
