The group is open to candidates from a broad range of transactional backgrounds. While derivatives experience is not required, exposure to relevant transactional practices will be highly valued.

- Transactional drafting and negotiation
- Knowledge of corporate and securities law frameworks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 3–6 years of relevant transactional legal experience
- Background in one or more of the following areas preferred:
- Capital markets (including U.S. securities laws and regulations)
- ISDA-based derivatives documentation
- Secured transactions
- Bankruptcy and restructuring
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility to waive in) preferred
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
