This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic Emerging Companies & Growth Practice advising high-growth startups, established public companies, and investors across the full business lifecycle. The team works on a wide range of matters, including venture financings, IPOs, public company reporting, and other capital markets transactions. Associates will gain exposure to innovative companies and cutting-edge transactions while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment. This position is ideal for candidates in their 4th through 7th year seeking to expand their expertise in both private and public company representation.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in emerging companies, public companies, and/or capital markets
- Experience with venture financings, IPOs, or SEC reporting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Class year alignment with 4th through 7th year associate level preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (or eligibility to obtain admission)
