- Experience with SEC reporting and securities regulations preferred

- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Class year alignment with 3rd through 6th year associate level preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (or eligibility to obtain admission)
