This position is ideal for candidates in their 3rd through 6th year looking to deepen their expertise in capital markets and public company advisory work.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in capital markets and/or public company representation
- Experience with SEC reporting and securities regulations preferred
- Exposure to equity and debt offerings is a plus
