Qualifications
- 3–5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm, the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, or the Federal Trade Commission preferred
- Experience with HSR counseling and Second Request investigations is a plus
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top-tier accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials required
- Bar admission in at least one applicable jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain admission)
