Responsibilities: Programming facility controls, using best practices and develop the necessary documentation, like Cause & Effect Charts. Configuration and calibration of facility instruments and radio communications. Commissioning of facility control logic and instrumentation as new facilities are constructed. Configuration of OPC servers, like Autosol and TopServer, for the gathering of data from field facility controls. Maintenance and troubleshooting of facility controls, instrumentation, and communications.

Work with IT Services and P&CD to resolve any issues. Provide leadership and mentoring to I&E technicians on proper controls programming and communications configurations.
Cross train on the duties of the SCADA Specialist and backfill for them when they are not available.
